We open them up, repair the concrete and get the tendons back to full force.
We de-tension, cut, re-anchor and restress so your TI can move forward.

PT Repair & Modification
Repair and modification is our specialty, not a side job. It’s the work most placers turn down, and it’s the work we’re known for.
Our crews are PTI Level 2 certified as unbonded PT ironworkers and repair specialists. We work from your structural engineer’s direction, restress to spec and hand over the records.
